Frequently asked questions
What merchants usually ask before and after installing Miqyas.
How does Miqyas decide the size?
It compares the measurements your customer enters against the ranges you set for each size in your chart, and shows the size those measurements fall within. The result comes from your chart — not a market average, not a statistical estimate.
What happens when the measurements do not settle it?
It says so, and names what is missing, instead of suggesting a size it cannot support. When two sizes are nearly equal it shows a primary size with an alternative.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Install the app from Salla and your products sync automatically. Then build a chart by entering the range each size fits, and link it to a product or a whole category.
Does it appear on all my products?
Only on products linked to a published chart. An unlinked product shows nothing — deliberately, so a customer never opens a tool that has no data to answer them.
Do I see my customers' measurements?
No. Usage reports show counts and aggregated outcomes only, and submitted measurements are deleted automatically after 30 days.
I edited a published chart — when does the customer see it?
When you publish a new version. A published version is immutable, and customers keep seeing the version they were served until you publish another. You can preview any earlier version and see what changed.
What happens if my subscription ends?
The app stops: you cannot create or edit charts, and the size finder disappears from your product pages. Your data and charts stay as they are and come back the moment you renew.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic allows up to three size charts with the size finder, product linking and version history. Pro adds unlimited charts, bulk and category linking, chart usage reports, measuring pictures from your own store, chart export, and priority support.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — seven days free. You can cancel within the trial at no charge.
Does it work in Arabic and English?
Yes. Both the dashboard and the customer tool work fully in either direction.
